RSS Feeds via IM

I read a post by Steve Rubel of Micro Persuasion in mid-April regarding RSS feeds through Instant Messenger. This was new to me. The entry was about Sabifoo, which allows feed content to be created via IM. Sweet! Needless to say, I gave it a quick whirl (so did everyone else who heard about it, as noted by the numerous "this is a test message" entries that I originally saw in the universal Sabifoo feed, but keep in mind, that's when it was first being introduced; most of the entries are pretty legit now). Anyhow, if I decide to use it in the future, here is my Sabifoo RSS feed and my Sabifoo web feed.
